Currently available Monday through Friday, including some weekend and evening availability.
Fees
Psychological services are not currently covered under OHIP but many employment-related or extended health benefit plans offer full or partial coverage. Fees are based on the guidelines recommended by the Ontario Psychological Association. We accept the Health Solutions Plus Card from Great West Life.

Clinicians
Marnee Maroes, Ph.D., C.Psych.
Dr. Maroes has been treating and assessing children, families, and adults since 1996. Her practice is grounded in solid experience – she has worked in private practice, education and hospital settings. Dr. Maroes holds a Ph.D. from the University of Saskatchewan, completed her internship at Chedoke and has been working in private practice in the Golden Horseshoe area since 2002.
Deirdre Boyle, M.A.
Ms. Boyle has been working in post-secondary settings since receiving her M.A. in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. Before completing her M.A., Ms. Boyle worked as a teacher. Her role in the university setting has been related to supporting students with disabilities and mental health concerns. Her practice at Hamilton Psychological Services includes psycho-educational assessment and therapy. |
Clinicians
Noel Chung, Ph.D., C.Psych.,
Supervised Practice
Dr. Chung obtained a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University, Montreal. She is particularly interested in adult assessment and therapy. Her integrative approach to treatment primarily involves cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness therapy and problem-solving therapy to help clients solve their personal concerns and difficulties.
Michael Decaire, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc.
Mr. Decaire focuses on the diagnostic assessment of learning disorders, mental health disorders, and personality. He has spoken on these topics to a number of institutions across the country, as well as through professional associations such as the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) and the Council For Exceptional Children (CEC).

Janice Carment, B.A.
Ms. Carment is our administrative assistant who keeps the office running smoothly and ensures that the process from initial phone call to booking appointments is a pleasant and efficient experience. Ms. Carment has a BA from Trent University.
